Get Started
1. Set up your FreeTime account
Register your contact details and subscribe.
2. Log-in
Log-in using your account user name and password. (You will be given these options at registration.)
3. Staff Details
Data enter your staff details by going to the "staff" tab, select
the "new staff" button and enter each individual's contact details.
4. Clients and Contacts
Data enter clients and contacts by going to the "clients" tab,
select the "new client" button and enter each clients contact details.
5. Activities and Hourly Rates
Data enter activities and hourly rates by going to the "activities"
tab, select the "new activity" button and enter each activity and
hourly rate associated with it.
6. Projects
Create projects by going to the "projects" tab, select "new project" and enter project details.s
7. Enter Time
Enter times by going to the "timesheets" tab, select "enter times" and begin recording the hours associated with your projects.
8. Download FreeTime Widget
Download and install the FreeTime widget management tool - a helpful
shortcut that remains on screen - by following prompts upon
registration.
Use the FreeTime widget to record, store and track activities and times against projects.
You're now ready to capture all the time and activities associated with your projects.
