Freetime is a browser based project and time management tool which enables you to monitor tasks associated with your daily business activities. Any professional services business that charges clients on an hourly pro rata basis should consider this easy to use real time software application.

Log-in using your account user name and password. (You will be given these options upon successful registration).
Data enter your staff details by going to the "staff" tab, select the "new staff" button and enter each individuals contact details - view tutorial

Create projects by going to the "projects" tab, select "new project" and enter project details. - view tutorial

Download and install the FreeTime widget management
tool - a helpful shortcut that remains on screen - by following prompts
upon registration. Use the FreeTime widget to record, store and track

Click on the "project" tab to open the "Project List". Select any of the tabs in the right hand column to action your requirements. To edit, export or print, select the desired project. - view tutorial

on the "client" tab to open the Client List. Select any of the tabs in
the right hand column to action your requirements. To edit, select the

Contact details can also be entered by selecting the "Contacts" button.
Click
on the "timesheets" tab to open "My Timesheets". Select any of the tabs
in the right hand column to action your requirements. To enter times,

The calendar is a useful tool to access previous timesheets. Simply
select the date required for a list of all timesheets completed on that
day.
When the status of a project is complete it is stored in a list to be invoiced prompting accounts to invoice. Click the "projects" tab and select "to be invoiced" in the drop down menu adjacent to the tabs in the right hand column. A list of the projects whose status has been changed to "Completed" but not yet invoiced is displayed.
Data can also be printed as a costing sheet and handed to accounts or exported to a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time, your next billing cycle will reflect the amended pricing. Upgrading will allow you to add more users to your account, downgrading will limit you from creating new users if you have used your allowed limit.
You can upgrade or downgrade by logging into FreeTime, navigating to the "Admin" section, and editing your account details, selecting your new subscription package.
An
SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypts information as it is en/decoded
between the server and the user. All data is stored in a secure
data-centre with Uninterupted Power Supplies, back-up generators, daily
data backups and 24 hour monitoring. Multiple internet providers ensure
maximum uptime is maintained.
We recommend that you back up on a daily basis and install additional
data protection measures such as firewalls and anti-virus software for
your own systems.
Whilst working on public networks it is recommended that users log-out
whenever they are not at the computer, and never allow their browser to
store their password, or "remember my password".
When choosing passwords, ensure that they are not easily detected. An
alpha numeric code requiring a minimum of 6 characters is specified.
